I am trained in Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Orthopedic Massage, Craniosacral Therapy techniques, Dynamic Stretching, Rock Tape- Cupping, Rock Floss, Fascial Movement Taping (FMT)- adult and pediatrics, IASTM Blades, and Manual Lymph Drainage. I have worked with various athletes from organized sports to the Weekend Warriors- adults and kids. I have knowledge and understanding of various intellectual and physical challenges in adults and pediatrics. I have worked in integrated health care settings such as physical rehabilitation, community mental health, nursing home and assisted living facilities. Massage Therapy is my passion. I am driven to learn and study different modalities of bodywork and massage to assist with educating and body maintenance through continued education and evidence-based research providers.
